We can help our customers pick up passports, travel documents, visas, and authenticated documents issued by the Chinese Consulate in New York or Washington D.C.. It usually takes 7-12 business days (excluding holidays) after we receive your pick-up slips. In addition to the consular fee and postage, we charge $55 for a one-time pickup of every document.
